The disadvantage with Hepsia is the absence of root access to the dedicated hosting server, but you will instantaneously enjoy the excellence of Hepsia's drag & drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domains in one hosting user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous user logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration opportunities. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no CP opportunity.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web page names under one web hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP setups do not provide such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and hence they demand TWO autonomous web hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will discover that the Hepsia Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP setups can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
